Refunds and Returns
We at Allo want our customers to be happy with their purchases and understand that items may not always fit. In such cases, please follow these return instructions.
- Item must be in original condition; unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odors
- Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return

Once the item has been received, it will be inspected and a fair assessment of "condition" will be determined. Item will then be processed within 3-5 business days. Customers will be issued a store credit ONLY that can be used for future purchases.
In the case of damaged items, please send a picture to email@example.com as soon as possible. Once we receive a picture of the defective item, we will process the return and a shipping label will be sent. Once the item is received, it well be inspected and
a fair assessment of "condition" will be determined. Item will then be processed within 3-5 business days. Customer can choose between a full refund or store credit for the approved item.
Do to the constant change and limited quantity of our inventory, we do not offer exchanges.
All sales are final on sale or discounted items.
